# Documentation ## About PixxieBot PixxieBot is a fun and factual Discord bot. ## Inviting the bot To invite the bot [click here](https://pixx.ie/invite?ref=docs_home) or go to [https://pixx.ie/invite](https://pixx.ie/invite?ref=docs_home). {% hint style="info" %} You can also invite the bot by using the `/invite` command. {% endhint %} ## Joining the support server You can join the support server [here](https://pixx.ie/support) or by going to . {% hint style="info" %} The support server is also a place to hang out, meet new people and take part in giveaways to win Pixos, Discord Nitro subscriptions and more! {% endhint %} # Setting up the bot # Granting permissions ## Required permissions PixxieBot only asks for the minimum permissions she needs to work in your Discord server. The permissions required to allow PixxieBot to function correctly in your server are as follows: * [x] Manage Nicknames * [x] Read Messages * [x] Send Messages * [x] Manage Messages * [x] Embed Links * [x] Attach Files * [x] Read Message History * [x] Add Reactions * [x] Use External Emojis {% hint style="danger" %} These are the **only** permissions PixxieBot requires to work in your server. If your server has granted higher permissions to her role or another role you have assigned to the bot, please make sure you [reset the permissions](#resetting-and-updating-pixxiebots-permissions) or fix your role permissions. {% endhint %} ## Restricting or disabling PixxieBot commands You can customize who can use PixxieBot commands, which commands can be used, and in which channels. Start by logging into Discord in your browser or desktop app. Then navigate to PixxieBot's settings under the "Integrations" tab in your Discord server's settings. Here you can fully manage permissions for the bot and for users based on commands, channels, roles and usernames. ## Required text channel permissions Within your text channel settings, make sure PixxieBot has the following permissions for the best bot experience: * [x] Read Messages * [x] Send Messages * [x] Manage Messages * [x] Embed Links * [x] Attach Files * [x] Read Message History * [x] Use External Emojis * [x] Add Reactions ## Resetting and updating PixxieBot's permissions Sometimes we add new features that may require more permissions. If this happens, we will notify you in our [support server](https://pixx.ie/support). {% hint style="info" %} To reset PixxieBot's permissions [click here](https://pixx.ie/invite) and re-invite the bot to your server. This will overwrite the `@PixxieBot` role permissions in your server without the need to kick the bot. {% endhint %} # Bot prefix ## Using a PixxieBot command PixxieBot uses slash commands `/` {% hint style="danger" %} Prefixes are deprecated and we recommend moving to slash commands. For help setting up permissions please [click here](https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/206029707-How-do-I-set-up-Permissions-). {% endhint %} # Voting rewards ## What are voting rewards? All the votes PixxieBot gets on [Top.gg](https://pixx.ie/vote) are very much appreciated and as a token of our thanks, we reward voters with Pixos, our in-bot reputation points. ## How do I vote and get rewards? Vote for PixxieBot on [Top.gg](https://pixx.ie/vote). ## How do I build up a voting streak? Voting every 12 hours for PixxieBot [on Top.gg](https://pixx.ie/vote) is the best way to build a voting streak and gain more rewards. {% hint style="warning" %} Voting streaks get reset 12 hours after your previous vote has lost its effect. For example, if you vote at 8AM, Top.gg will let you vote again at 8PM the same day. If you vote between 8PM and 8AM the following day, your voting streak will increase (every 12 hours). {% endhint %} {% hint style="info" %} **TIP:** Having trouble remembering to vote? Use the `/vote reminders`command to toggle bot DM voting reminders on or off. {% endhint %} ## Why have my voting rewards decreased? Either you lost [your voting streak](#how-do-i-build-up-a-voting-streak), or it's Monday! Voting rewards over weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) get doubled because votes on Top.gg count double on weekends. What more is there to say? {% endhint %} # Marriages ## Available marriage slots All users get 3 basic marriage slots. You can get more marriage slots by [subscribing to PixxieBot Premium](https://pixx.ie/premium). The number of marriage slots varies depending on your Premium tier as follows: * **VIPixxie:** 11 extra slots (total of 13) * **Sponsor:** 8 extra slots (total of 11) * **Top Supporter:** 5 extra slots (total of 8) {% hint style="info" %} You get to keep these marriage slots for as long as you're a Premium member. Use `/marry accept` without the user option to see a dropdown list of all pending marriage proposals you have from all across Discord. Here you can select someone from the list to accept their proposal from afar! {% hint style="info" %} If you've run out of marriage slots, you can unlock more with [PixxieBot Premium](https://pixx.ie/premium)! {% endhint %} ## Canceling a marriage proposal To cancel a marriage proposal you have made to someone, use `/marry cancel [fiancé]`. You can also see a list of your pending marriage proposals by using `/marry cancel` without the fiancé option. This will show you a list of all proposals you've made across Discord which are pending a response! A channel where only messages that contain an attachment (image, video, GIF etc.) are kept, and any chat is automatically and instantly deleted. Posted attachments get default reactions automatically added to them by the bot. This is useful if you want to limit the emoji reactions people are able to use to react in order to avoid insults, emoji spamming or trolling. ![](/files/-MJBOOxbE8DXAHlTyDLa) ## Why use image-lock in a channel? Image-locking a channel can be useful for: * Memes channels * Photo contests * Screenshot verification channels * GIF sharing channels * Selfies channels * In-game media sharing It can also increase user-engagement since the bot presents a default selection of popular reactions which makes it easier for your users to engage with the posts. ## How to use PixxieBot to image-lock a channel ### 1. Navigate to the channel you want to image-lock This can be any text channel open to your users. ### 2. Activate image-lock In the text channel you want to lock, use the `/imagelock on` command to instantly activate the image-lock. From now on, PixxieBot will automatically and instantly delete any messages that don't contain attachments, and auto-react to those which do. {% hint style="info" %} PixxieBot won't delete any messages sent by users who have `Manage Messages`, `Manage Server` or `Administrator` permissions in that channel. {% endhint %} ## Deactivating image-lock in a channel To deactivate image-lock and return a channel to its normal state, use `/imagelock off` in the channel. PixxieBot will immediately stop deleting chat messages that don't contain attachments and stop auto-reacting to posts. {% hint style="info" %} Image-locked channels are stored in our database via channel ID. This means you can rename your channel all you want and the image-lock will continue to work. Deleting an image-locked channel or deactivating image-lock will remove the channel's ID from our database. {% endhint %} {% hint style="info" %} [PixxieBot Premium](https://pixx.ie/premium) servers can create their own custom, private image-lock templates! {% endhint %} ## How to use PixxieBot to create a custom template for image-lock In any text channel, use the `/imagelock custom create ` command, in the `name` option, enter the name of the custom template you want to set as. In the `emojis` field, input the custom emojis you would like the bot to use and which are present in your server and / or default Discord emojis. ## How to enable custom image-lock template in a channel In the text channel you want to lock, use the `/imagelock on [custom]` command, enter the custom template name in `[custom]`. From now on, PixxieBot will automatically and instantly delete any messages that don't contain attachments, and auto-react to those which do using the emojis from your custom template. # Make A Sentence ## What is Make A Sentence? Users take turns writing one word each in a dedicated channel to make up a sentence together! PixxieBot publishes the finished sentence once a user types a word ending with punctuation, or just punctuation (for example, `word.` or `.`, `!`, or `?`). {% hint style="info" %} We do not store your sentence history. Once a sentence is complete, it gets published to the channel of your choice and gets permanently deleted from our database. We only store sentences that are underway in order to be able to publish them once they're complete. We only store the messages from the dedicated writing channel that PixxieBot reacts to with a green check mark like in the demo below. {% endhint %} {% hint style="warning" %} Kicking PixxieBot from your server will also permanently delete all sentence data associated with it. {% endhint %} ![This is a live demo of the game in action.](/files/7TUBmpT136DFhgFDRadi) ## Setup ### 1. Requirements Before you start, there are a few requirements: * Create a dedicated channel where your members will write their sentences. This channel cannot be used for anything else. You can name the channel whatever you want. * Decide where you want the finished sentences to be published. This can be anywhere (some common choices are in general chat, or in another dedicated channel so they can all be found again easily, or in the sentence-writing channel itself). * Check PixxieBot [has the correct permissions](/getting-started/setting-up-the-bot/granting-permissions#required-text-channel-permissions) in those channels. ### 2. Setting up the Make A Sentence game 1. Run the `/makeasentence setup` command in any channel where PixxieBot has permissions. 2. PixxieBot will ask for the options `writing` & `finished`. 3. Mention the channel you want users to form the sentence in `writing` and Mention the channel where you want PixxieBot to post finished sentences in `finished` 4. The setup is complete. PixxieBot will post a confirmation message in the setup channel with the links to the two channels you chose. PixxieBot will also post explainers for your members in each channel. ## Deleting or editing words You can delete a word or edit it, PixxieBot will post an embed showing the updated current sentence. ## Changing channels Run the command `/makeasentence setup` and edit the options. {% hint style="info" %} No data will be lost in this process. Any ongoing sentences will be continued in the new channel. {% endhint %} ## Removing the Make a Sentence game from your server If for any reason you would like to permanently remove the Make A Sentence game from your server and wipe all your server's sentence data from our database, use `/makeasentence delete`. {% hint style="danger" %} Running this command will permanently delete the following information from our sentences database: * Your server ID. * Your writing channel ID. * Your finished sentences channel ID. * Any sentence that's underway in your server. * The user ID of the last user to post a word in the writing channel. * Your server's total sentence count. {% endhint %} {% hint style="warning" %} Kicking PixxieBot from your server will also permanently delete all sentence data associated with it. {% endhint %} # Hangry Games ## What is Hangry Games? Hangry Games is a tongue-in-cheek parody on the Hunger Games franchise, with a slightly sadistic food theme. Sign up to a game with your friends, volunteer as a tribute, and sit back and watch you slaughter each other with creative food themed attacks. May the odds be ever in your flavor! ## Creating a round of Hangry Games Use `/hangrygames new` in the channel you want to start the game in, an embed will be posted for the users to join the game using the buttons below. {% hint style="info" %} Want to allow others to manage all Hangry Games in your server but don't want to give them moderator permissions? Make a role called **Burger Master** and assign it them. This role does not require any extra Discord permissions and will allow users who have it to start and cancel all Hangry Games in your server, even if they're already underway. Distribute it sparingly! {% endhint %} ## How to join? Click on the **Join** button on the embed displayed and wait for the fun to begin! There are no limits to how many users can play in a round of Hangry Games. Each death message is separated 13 seconds apart to allow for friendly banter amongst your members. Therefore, please note that starting a game with many thousands of members can take a very long time to complete. There is no way to reduce the time between death messages. ## How can I see who's signed up? To see who is signed up in a round of Hangry Games, click the "Tributes" button under the signup message to open the list of tributes on our website. ## How can I remove myself from a round of Hangry Games? It is not possible to unvolunteer as tribute from the Hangry Games. Katniss couldn't. I don't know what makes you think you're special? ## Starting the game When you're ready to start the simulation, any member of your server with the `Manage Messages` Discord permissions on any of their roles, or who has the **Burger Master** role mentioned above, can start the game by clicking the button with the cutlery emoji. ![](https://github.com/PixxieBot/docs/blob/main/docs/features/.gitbook/assets/hangrygames-begin.png) ## Running a Hangry Games simulation for everyone in a role, or in the server Premium PixxieBot servers can use `/hangrygames role ` to instantly start a game without any signup stage. These games will include all the server members who have the role mentioned in the command. This works for any server role and for the **@everyone** role, which will instantly start a game with all members of the server excluding bots. {% hint style="info" %} This is a premium feature, check out premium [here](https://pixx.ie/premium) {% endhint %} ## I clicked to start my round of Hangry Games, the tributes list loaded but now it's stuck and nothing's happening? Please make sure PixxieBot has all necessary permissions to post messages in the channel correctly, including use of external emojis and attaching files. # In-Game Events What keeps Hangry Games so fun and engaging are the different ways users can be eliminated! Here is a list of the different in-game events and what happens. ## Duels Duels are when PixxieBot randomly picks two tributes, where one of the tributes eliminates the other in a funny food-related way. ## Solo Deaths The body of a random tribute is found. This player is often eliminated in a clumsy way. ## Feasts Of The Dead PixxieBot picks out two tributes to put on the menu for the dead tributes. Players who have been eliminated already and are dead at the time a feast appears in the game, can vote for who they want to eat. The tribute who receives the most votes is eaten at the feast and is eliminated. The player with the least votes survives the feast and continues in the game. If no votes are cast, or if the voting results in a draw, the Dead were unable to decide and both tributes are released back into the game. ## Winner This is always the final message in a Hangry Games simulation. The winner of the game is posted in the final winning message along with some recap statistics from the game. # Giveaway Mode ## What is Hangry Games? Hangry Games is a tongue-in-cheek parody on the Hunger Games franchise, with a slightly sadistic food theme. Sign up to a game with your friends, volunteer as a tribute, and sit back and watch you slaughter each other with creative food themed attacks. May the odds be ever in your flavor! ## Giveaway Mode {% hint style="info" %} Giveaway mode is currently in open beta, which means we're actively working to improve it and add more functionality in the future. If giveaway mode doesn't have a feature you'd love to see, feel free to [reach out in our Discord server](https://pixx.ie/invite?ref=docs_hg_giveaways) to share your feedback and suggestions! {% endhint %} Many Discord servers use Hangry Games for giveaways. This is why we've created a separate giveaway mode to allow users to have more control over the conditions in which giveaways are run. To start a giveaway, use the `/hangrygames giveaway` command. ### Command Options The `/hangrygames giveaway` command has some extra parameters compared to your classic casual game of Hangry Games in order to allow you to customize the game. * `prize:` All giveaways require a prize to be entered in order to create the giveaway. * `sponsor:` (optional) If the prize is sponsored by an individual, for example, `@John` if John wants to give away some stickers for Monopoly Go. If you don't set a sponsor then only the prize for the giveaway will be shown in the signup and winner messages. * `feasts:` (optional, defaults to `False` if not set) Determines whether your giveaway should include [Feasts of the Dead](/features/hangry-games/in-game-events#feasts-of-the-dead). This is off by default in Giveaway mode since most servers prefer to exclude feasts from their giveaways due to their voting. If you start `/hangrygames giveaway` without setting this `feasts` parameter, feasts will not show in your game. If you **do** want feasts in your giveaway, set this parameter to `True`. {% hint style="info" %} If a sponsor is set, they will be asked to confirm if they want to join the giveaway as a tribute in order to prevent accidental joins. Please note that once a sponsor enters their own giveaway, they cannot be removed from the list of tributes, similarly to other players. {% endhint %} ## Launching Hangry Games in Giveaway Mode To start the giveaway, simply click the fork and knife emoji button in the signup message as you would for a regular round of Hangry Games. The game will run, just like a regular round of Hangry Games but with feasts disabled unless you opted-in to allow feasts when running the `/hangrygames giveaway` command for signup. {% hint style="info" %} Please note that Burger Masters cannot start Hangry Games in Giveaway mode. Only the giveaway organiser (the user who ran the initial `/hangrygames giveaway` command) or a server member with `Manage Server` permissions can start a giveaway. {% endhint %} # Truth Or Dare ## What is Truth or Dare? Truth or Dare is a classic party-game where you choose to tell a truth or take a silly dare. It often leads to funny and awkward moments. This version can also be played as a drinking game with your friends! ## How to play You and your friends take turns running the `/truthordare` command, and choosing either a truth or a dare. You can optionally include your choice while entering the command `/truthordare [choice]`, or have PixxieBot tag another user to whom you want to direct it. `/truthordare [choice] [user]` ## Truth If you choose truth, PixxieBot will confront you with a potentially awkward question. Answer this question truthfully, or take a shot when you refuse! ## Dare If you choose dare, PixxieBot will give you a silly or slightly embarrassing assignment to fulfill. Don’t forget to provide your friends with some picture or video proof of you doing the Dare! When you fail the assignment, or refuse to do it, take another shot! # Nickname The `/nickname` command can be used to make PixxieBot rename a member of your server with a funny or nasty random nickname. In order to determine who can rename who, we follow the permissions you have granted your members as per Discord's permissions system, as set out by the roles you have assigned them. Therefore, PixxieBot will respect whatever nickname management permissions you have set up in your server and cannot be used to circumvent your permissions setup. Basically, if a server member can't open another member's Discord profile and rename them manually then they will not be able to use PixxieBot to get around that missing permission. This means that there are some limitations as to who can rename who as outlined below as per Discord's permissions system. ### Server members cannot rename other members: * If the member running the command doesn't have the "Manage Nicknames" permissions on any of their server roles. * If their highest role is the same or higher than the server member they're trying to rename. * If the person they're trying to rename is the server owner (nobody can rename a server owner as per Discord's permissions system). * They cannot rename themselves if they don't have the "Change Nickname" permissions on any of their server roles or if PixxieBot's role isn't higher than theirs. {% hint style="info" %} **Want to allow your members to rename each other?** One way is to set up a nickname role you place above the highest server member role and then make that role self-assignable, either in Discord's [Channels & Roles tab of your server](https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/10394859532823-Community-Onboarding-Examples) or using a third-party role assignment bot like [Yagpdb](https://yagpdb.xyz). {% endhint %} ### PixxieBot also cannot rename: * Server members whose highest role is higher than PixxieBot's role. * Server owners (Discord's permissions system defines the server owner as the highest roled server member). ### Server owners cannot be renamed by anyone but themselves as per Discord's permissions system, therefore: * They cannot use PixxieBot to rename themselves, but PixxieBot will post a nickname suggestion in a message instead so they can set it manually. * Nobody can use PixxieBot to rename the server owner since Discord considers no role higher than server ownership. {% hint style="info" %} Not everyone likes being renamed, so to ensure PixxieBot cannot be used by your server members to tease or bully others, you can set up a role which you can place just above the highest regular member role and assign to users who don't want to be renamed. Since they will now have a higher role than regular members, as per Discord's permissions system, they cannot be renamed by anyone with a role lower than them. {% endhint %} # Common issues ## The bot is offline. This rarely happens but when it does it's usually for one of these reasons: * Discord outage (check Discord status [here](https://status.discord.com)) * Server outage (check PixxieBot's server status [here](https://status.pixx.ie)) * Scheduled bot maintenance (find out more info in [our support server](https://pixx.ie/support)) To get updates and find out the reason for this downtime, check the status channel in [our support server](https://pixx.ie/support). If there's no news about any outage, please notify a staff member. ## I just voted for PixxieBot on Top.gg but haven't received my voting reward. There are two possible scenarios: ### 1. Top.gg's API is slow or failed to send the notification to our bot. If this is the case, it usually catches up within an hour. If so, we usually notify you of this in the status channel of [our support server](https://pixx.ie/support). If you still haven't received your voting rewards an hour after voting and we haven't posted an update notifying you of a Top.gg problem, please contact us in [our support server](https://pixx.ie/support). ### 2. Our voting manager is offline or encountered an error. This will only allow PixxieBot to collect this data in those channels and will make it physically impossible for PixxieBot to collect this data through any other channels in that server. {% endhint %} The information we collect when you vote for PixxieBot on third-party website Top.gg is: * Your [Discord ID](https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/206346498-Where-can-I-find-my-User-Server-Message-ID-) (for example: `491002268401926145`). * The date and time at which you voted for the bot. Additional information which you provide to third-party services which we have access to when you subscribe to PixxieBot Premium or purchase a PixxieBot Premium gift is: * The last 4 digits of your card number OR PayPal email ID depending on your payment method. * The email address associated with your Discord account. This information and all information relevant to Premium is not stored on our servers and is handled and managed by third-party services [Stripe](https://stripe.com) and [Chargebee](https://chargebee.com). For premium gifts, we store the purchaser's email and the email address of the user who redeems the gift in our database. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS IN THE EVENT YOU EXPERIENCE ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE, THE BOT OR ANY PIXXIEBOT GOODS OR SERVICES. PIXXIEBOT MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE BOT WILL NOT INFRINGE THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR SUCH INFRINGEMENT. ### LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT WILL PIXXIEBOT OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, REPRESENTATIVES, ATTORNEYS, AND BUSINESS PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF PIXXIEBOT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF: 1. THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, THE BOT OR ANY PIXXIEBOT GOODS OR SERVICES 2. ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH OR FACILITATED BY THE SITE OR THE BOT 3. ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES ON THE SITE OR BOT 4. ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE, THE BOT OR ANY GOOD OR SERVICE OFFERED BY PIXXIEBOT IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF PIXXIEBOT OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, REPRESENTATIVES, ATTORNEYS, AND BUSINESS PARTNERS TO ANY PARTY, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE GREATER OF €100.00 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PIXXIEBOT FOR THE APPLICABLE GOOD OR SERVICE OUT OF WHICH THE LIABILITY AROSE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THESE TOU, THE SITE, THE BOT, OR ANY GOOD OR SERVICE OFFERED BY PIXXIEBOT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING PIXXIEBOT'S OFFERINGS. GIVEN THAT SOME LOCATIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER THE LAW. **GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATION** PixxieBot operates from its headquarters in Ireland, hosting its services through third party providers in the European Union. If you use the Site or the Bot outside Ireland or the European Union, you are responsible for following your applicable local laws and determining, among other things, whether your use of the Site or Bot violates any of those local laws. By using the Site and Bot, you agree and acknowledge that information about you, including personally identifiable information, may be transmitted to and stored in the European Union. **PRIVACY POLICY** Your use of the Site and Bot are governed by the [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy) which is incorporated by reference into these TOU. **MISCELLANEOUS** You acknowledge that the opinions and recommendations contained on the Site or in the Bot are not necessarily those of PixxieBot nor endorsed by PixxieBot. Any reliance on any opinions or recommendations offered on the Site or through the Bot is done at your risk. PixxieBot does not guarantee or promise that any opinions and/or recommendations on the Site or in the Bot are accurate or will be helpful to any issue you may have. You agree that PixxieBot is not liable to you or anyone else for any harm that might arise as a result of using and/or implementing in any manner any of the opinions or recommendations found on the Site or through the Bot. Any and all disputes relating to these TOU, the Site, the Bot, and/or any goods or services offered by PixxieBot, are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Ireland, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland for any litigation arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or Bot, waive any objection to the venue of any such litigation in Irish courts, and agree not to plead or claim in any Irish court that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum. If any part of these TOU is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of these TOU, all of which will remain in full force and effect. These TOU constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the Site and Bot and supersede all prior communications, promises and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic, between you and PixxieBot, with respect to the Site, the Bot or any goods and services provided by PixxieBot. If you violate any portion of these TOU, PixxieBot reserves the right, without an obligation to do so, to deny you access to the Site, the Bot, and/or remove any UGC you may have posted/uploaded on the Site. If PixxieBot terminates your access to the Site or the Bot, PixxieBot may also delete your Site and Bot profiles. PixxieBot has the right to terminate any PixxieBot profile for any reason. PixxieBot's failure to enforce any portion of these TOU is not a waiver of such portion. The proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, representations made by you, indemnities, and limitations of liability shall survive the termination of these TOU. PixxieBot reserves the right, without notice and reason, to take down or terminate the Site, the Bot, or otherwise revoke any and all access granted to you related to the Site or the Bot. You agree that PixxieBot is not liable to you or any other third party for this action. PixxieBot does not assume any liability or responsibility for your use of the Internet, the Site, or the Bot, including, but not limited to, any change your computer or related systems may sustain as a result of accessing the Site or using the Bot. You are free to text link to the Site, PixxieBot support server, or Bot invitation page so long as there is nothing deceptive or infringing about the link. PixxieBot may revoke this linking permission at any time and for any reason. Certain software elements of the Site, the Bot, and related PixxieBot services may be subject to Irish export laws and controls. As such, no software may be downloaded or exported to any country or foreign citizen that is under an Irish embargo or that would otherwise violate Irish law or regulations.
